NBT supplies and implements equipment for the production of humic and organo-mineral fertilizers, including dry water-soluble products, liquid fertilizers, granulated forms, and integrated solutions for processing leonardite and other high-humic raw materials.
We deliver complete production lines rather than individual units — from process concept development and equipment selection to installation, commissioning, start-up, and personnel training.
Depending on the customer’s objectives, the plant can be designed to produce water-soluble humic powder, humic granules, liquid humic fertilizers, organo-humic formulations with micronutrients, and products in various packaging and filling formats.
The production line may include raw material receiving and dosing sections, crushing and preparation units, fine grinding, mechanochemical or physical activation, air classification, mixing and product stabilization, granulation, industrial drying, aspiration and dust collection, bagging into sacks and small packs, and, for liquid products, preparation, nano-processing, filling, and packaging units.
This configuration makes it possible to produce a stable, high-quality product with industrial repeatability and strong scaling potential.
NBT provides process design, equipment selection and integration, production line engineering, delivery organization, installation, trial batch start-up, and support in achieving stable product quality.
The customer receives one integrated production complex with a clear process logic and one engineering team fully responsible for the final result.
Fertilizer Supply
NBT supplies finished humic fertilizers and leonardite-based products for agriculture, agribusiness, and distributors.
The product range includes Liquid Humate Potassium, Powder Humate Potassium, NBT Humigran, NBT Humigran NPK, and natural NBT Leonardite.
These products are designed to improve soil structure, increase biological activity, enhance nutrient uptake, and improve plant resistance to stress conditions.
Liquid Humate Potassium is an organic humic product with high solubility and uniformity, suitable for modern application systems, including drip irrigation.
Powder Humate Potassium is produced in a dry water-soluble form and is used as an effective humic fertilizer and soil conditioner.
The powder product is characterized by a black powder appearance, moisture content up to 20%, pH of a 1% solution at 9.2, humic and fulvic acids at 76–85%, K2O at 13.1%, and solubility at 96.8%.
NBT Humigran is supplied in гранulated form as a long-acting organic fertilizer.
NBT Humigran NPK combines a humic base with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium and is designed to increase the efficiency of mineral nutrition.
Leonardite is supplied as a natural organic product with a high content of humic substances and is used to restore soil fertility, improve soil structure, and increase the efficiency of agricultural technologies.
